Procedure:
•
All ingredients weighed
accurately according to master formula.
•
Drug is thoroughly
mixed with Mannitol with the help of stainless steel spatula on a butter paper.
•
Then all the
ingredients except lubricants were mixed in the order of ascending weights and blended
for 10 min
•
After uniform mixing of
ingredients, lubricant was added and again mixed for 2 min.
Then compressed material in to tablets of 200 mg.
